Canadian Ark is a legally registered incorporated company started by registered professionals to help various companies nursing homes and long-term care achieve their quality care objectives by giving the best caregivers to address the daily care needs of their residents and families, we help nursing homes avoiding shortage among care providers through vetting, assessing, intervening and providing the best nurses, PSWs and other care givers fit to help with the resident’s daily care needs as per their individual care plan. Over the past years, Canadian ark’s ability has grown from a small company that provided one off support to retired residents at their homes to signing contracts and providing care staff to 300 bed facilities.
Our capacity to provide quality professional and reliable staff in a timely manner was tested again during the peak times of Covid 19 when we successfully provided PSW and Nurses to various homes on time whenever they were needed.

Our story dates back during our many years of working in the Canadian health care sector, when we witnessed shortages at work and, while the managers and company owners do all they can to hire enough staff but shortages and need of extra Agency staff remains a great need, there is lots of difficulty and challenges that come with recruiting and hiring including the time it takes to complete hiring, yet most times the help of extra staff is needed right away as soon as possible to achieve the daily care needs of our residents , this is where Canadian ark comes in.
Direct hiring is a long process and comes with a lot of commitment, issues and challenges which may affect the home’s ability to offer care in the long run hence the need for our Agency’s services to send you staff whenever you need them in the shortest period of time possible.
In a letter to the Canada government, the Long-Term Care COVID-19 Commission supported the need for long term care homes to hire more personal support workers and nurses in an effort to contain staff shortages including use of our Agency’s services
